Tradeline has an excellent opportunity for a skilled Carpenter / Joiner to join a small, friendly and highly passionate workshop team working with a growing bespoke modular build company. Our client specialises in designing and manufacturing high-end cabins, saunas and garden spaces, all built off-site in their Kent workshop. Their focus is on creating beautifully crafted, minimalist spaces using natural materials and with exceptional attention to detail. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a genuinely close-knit team.
Founded and run by two hands-on directors who are actively involved in the workshop and projects, the company prides itself on maintaining a supportive, collaborative and personable working environment where every team member plays an important role in delivering high-quality builds. Working alongside two experienced carpenters, the successful candidate will have around 3–5 years’ carpentry experience and be someone who enjoys working closely with others in a workshop setting. This role would suit someone who takes pride in their workmanship and has a real passion for creating unique, high-end products rather than repetitive site work.
The Role
- Manufacturing bespoke modular cabins, wellness spaces and garden rooms
- Working within a small, skilled workshop team
- Producing high-spec joinery and finishing work
- Contributing ideas and maintaining high quality standards throughout the build process
Requirements
- Qualified Carpenter / Joiner
- Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry & Joinery
- 3–5 years’ relevant carpentry or joinery experience
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a small team
