One of my Tradelines key clients are looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager to join a growing Planned Works team working across social housing refurbishment projects in London. This role would suit someone who’s confident managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and keeping projects running safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Experience within fire safety works would be a big advantage, particularly around fire doors, fire stopping, and compliance-related projects.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing operatives and subcontractors on site
- Overseeing planned refurbishment and compliance works
- Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained at all times
- Managing programmes, RAMS, toolbox talks, and site documentation
- Working closely with residents, client teams, and commercial staff
- Carrying out quality inspections and snagging works
- Keeping projects on track with minimal disruption to residents
What we’re looking for:
- Experience working within social housing planned works
- Strong site management and H&S knowledge
- Good communication and client-facing skills
- Experience managing subcontractors and supply chains
- Fire safety / compliance works experience highly desirable
