One of our key clients is currently seeking Design Managers at all levels to join their expanding team, following the successful award of several major projects due to commence throughout 2026. This is a well established contractor with a strong annual turnover and ambitious growth plans. Their project portfolio spans mixed-use developments, PBSA, and hotel schemes, with project values reaching up to £120m, delivering high-quality work across the sector.

The role will involve managing the design process from pre-construction through to delivery, coordinating consultants and subcontractors, and making sure design information is issued on time and is buildable and compliant. You’ll be reviewing design and tender information, leading design meetings, handling technical queries, and working closely with the commercial, planning and site teams to manage risk and programme.
