TradeField Recruitment is currently working with a well-established property maintenance contractor that delivers high-quality maintenance and refurbishment works across East London. Due to continued growth, our client is looking to appoint an experienced Multi-Trade Carpenter to join their long-standing team. This role is ideally suited to somebody who takes pride in the quality of their work and has previous experience working within a property maintenance environment.
The Role:
- Carrying out carpentry works as your core trade.
- Undertaking additional multi-trade duties, including basic plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, decorating and general repairs.
- Working in occupied and void properties.
- Delivering a high standard of workmanship and customer service.
- Managing your own workload and completing jobs efficiently.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years' experience in carpentry.
- At least 4 years' experience working as a Multi-Trader.
- Previous experience working for a property maintenance company is highly desirable.
- Ability to carry out additional trades to a good standard.
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- Professional, reliable and quality-focused approach.
