TradeField Recruitment is currently looking for experienced Groundworkers with underpinning experience to work on behalf of a leading property development company in Hertfordshire. This is a 2–3 week contract with excellent rates available for the right candidates. We are ideally looking for two experienced operatives who already work together as a pair, although individual applications from highly experienced underpinners will also be considered.
The Role
- Traditional underpinning works
- Excavation and concrete placement
- Working to engineering drawings and site specifications
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety
- Working as part of a small, experienced team
Requirements
- 8+ years' underpinning experience
- Previous experience working on structural and underpinning projects
- Ability to work independently and to a high standard
- Own tools and PPE preferred
- Reliability and strong attention to detail
