Role overviewThe Partner Development Manager is responsible for publisher optimisation, recruitment and revenue generation across a portfolio of managed and new local & international publishers.This individual owns publisher relationships and is responsible for developing and deploying optimisation plans for their managed client portfolio alongside recruitment of new publishers onto the network. Commercial awareness, negotiation skills and the ability to identify and drive business development opportunities are some of the key skills that we are looking for in this role.The Partner Development Manager works closely with local and international client development teams to continuously have the best possible publisher and traffic mix for the network and our clients programs.This role will closely monitor key publisher performance across a portfolio of accounts, and will provide regular feedback to the Head of Partner Development.Main ResponsibilitiesUnderstand and plan according to the business objectives of each publisher in your portfolioReport on publisher KPIs and make recommendations for growthClosely monitor all publishers in your portfolio on a daily basis and be proactive if they are under-deliveringBe proactive with client action plans and new publisher recruitmentSeek opportunities to drive overall revenue growth across our clientsBe the first line of support for your publisher portfolioCreate & present optimisation and development plans for publishersPromote and sell new product development features to your portfolio of publishers, ensuring each publisher is operating efficiently within the Tradedoubler networkUse available publisher discovery tools to source and onboard new publisher opportunities across a range of verticalsLine manage and mentor Partner Development Executives, providing day-to-day guidance and development supportYour profileYou’re a results-driven professional with strong commercial awareness, prepared to embrace our values: "Make it Happen, Stay Curious, & Achieve Together".Able to handle pressure and passionate about Digital Marketing. Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in digital marketing or related field1-2 years’ experience in affiliate, performance, or digital marketing, ideally with partnership/publisher management focus.Prior experience in online or affiliate marketing is a plus but not mandatory - we value your ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challengesStrong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to analyse trendsExcellence in building relationships and working with different teams, publishers and clientsDemonstrable influencing skills and commercial awarenessConfident communicator, with proven oral and written presentation skillsGreat team worker with excellent organisational & multi-tasking skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook) and familiarity with CRM tools.
