The Role
We’re looking for a commercially-minded, data-driven Senior Growth Marketing Lead to drive marketing performance, demand generation, CRM strategy, and go-to-market marketing activities across the group.
This is a strategic and hands-on role focused on building scalable marketing operations, optimising acquisition performance, and helping the business fully leverage its newly established HubSpot CRM ecosystem.
You’ll play a central role across:
- Tradedoubler – Supporting performance marketing, reporting, lead generation, and campaign optimisation across an established global business
- Emna – Leading go-to-market marketing activities for a brand-new AI proposition, helping shape launch strategy, positioning, sales enablement assets, and demand generation from the ground up
- Nyorda – Supporting selected group-level marketing initiatives, communications, and strategic brand activities as the business evolves
This role will also play an important leadership function within the marketing team, supporting the development of two marketers through mentorship, guidance, and day-to-day collaboration.
You’ll work within a small, ambitious marketing team, reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, while collaborating closely with sales, product, leadership teams, and external agencies.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong executional ability — someone equally comfortable building reports in HubSpot, managing paid media agencies, analysing funnel performance, developing GTM strategies, and independently driving marketing initiatives forward.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Demand Generation
- Own and optimise performance marketing activity across the group with the support of an external agency
- Manage external paid media agencies across Google Ads and Paid social and potential new channels in the future.
- Drive lead generation initiatives focused on pipeline growth, conversion, and ROI
- Monitor, analyse, and improve campaign performance through data-driven optimisation
- Support full-funnel marketing activity, from awareness through to lead nurturing and conversion
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency and marketing effectiveness
CRM & Marketing Operations (HubSpot)
- Lead and evolve the group’s HubSpot marketing infrastructure and processes
- Help the business maximise value from its newly implemented CRM ecosystem
- Ensure CRM and marketing data integrity, consistency, and actionable insights
- Work closely with sales teams to improve lead management, attribution, and funnel visibility
- Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency across marketing workflows
Reporting, Analytics & KPI Ownership
- Own marketing KPI reporting across the group
- Build and maintain clear, commercially focused dashboards and reporting frameworks
- Translate performance data into actionable recommendations for leadership and stakeholders
- Present marketing insights and performance updates to senior leadership in a clear and strategic way
Go-to-Market Marketing (Emna)
- Lead GTM marketing activities for Emna, our new AI proposition
- Support launch strategy and ongoing market positioning
- Develop and coordinate key launch and sales enablement materials including sales decks, product one-pagers, website content and structure
- Collaborate with VP Marketing, product, and commercial teams to shape positioning and messaging
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Support and mentor two marketers within the team, helping develop marketing capability, processes, and performance
- Provide strategic guidance while also contributing hands-on across campaigns and projects
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and leadership teams
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities across brands and business lines
- Independently lead initiatives from planning through to execution and optimisation
- Work closely with external agencies and freelancers where required
- Contribute to shaping a modern, commercially driven marketing function across the group
- Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years’ experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, demand generation, or similar roles
- Extensive hands-on HubSpot experience is essential for this role.
- Proven experience delivering commercially successful B2B and SaaS marketing campaigns with measurable business impact
- Proven experience managing paid media agencies and performance campaigns
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with a data-first mindset
- Commercially minded with a strong understanding of revenue growth, pipeline generation, and marketing ROI
- Experience supporting B2B, SaaS, technology, AI, or digital businesses preferred
- Experience launching or scaling new propositions/products is highly desirable
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior/mid-level marketers within a collaborative team environment
- Strong ability to independently own projects, make strategic decisions, and drive execution without heavy oversight
- Confident working independently within a lean, ambitious team environment
- Experience collaborating across multiple brands or business units is a plus
