The Role
We’re looking for a highly creative Senior Graphic Designer / Brand & Design Lead to lead design across the group, combining strong visual execution with brand thinking. This is a unique opportunity to work across:
- Tradedoubler – An established global brand (50% focus).
- Nyorda – Our new umbrella brand, with early foundations already in place, ready to be refined and evolved.
- Emna – A brand-new AI proposition, building the brand from the ground up.
You’ll be the sole in-house designer within a small, collaborative marketing team, reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, and owning day-to-day creative output while shaping brand direction, supported by external designers and agencies when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand & Creative
- Lead and deliver design across all group brands.
- Evolve and refine Nyorda’s visual identity, building on early concepts and shaping it into a cohesive, ownable brand.
- Create Emna’s brand from scratch, from concept through to full identity and rollout.
- Maintain and elevate Tradedoubler’s existing brand, following its recent refresh.
- Work within brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries and evolving visual identity.
- Design and develop high-impact, strategic assets, including:
- Case studies
- Product one-pagers
- Sales decks and pitch presentations
- Campaign visuals and infographics
- Social Media visuals
- Animated materials
- Event assets and printed materials
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to translate business needs into compelling visuals.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work under tight timelines.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of templates, visual standards, and asset libraries.
- Confidently switch between multiple brand styles and audiences.
- Work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Work primarily in Figma (preferred for collaboration), alongside Adobe Creative Suite where needed.
- Manage and collaborate with external designers and agencies.
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years’ experience as a Graphic Designer (Senior level).
- Ideally from an agency creative environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand creation, identity systems, and marketing assets.
- Experience with motion design / animation (e.g. short-form video, GIFs, social content, product visuals).
- Proven experience of design contributing to commercial impact (e.g. improved conversion, engagement, campaign performance).
- Experience designing for B2B, tech, or SaaS environments.
- Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles for digital layouts and website conversion.
- Strong conceptual thinking and ability to translate business needs into engaging visuals.
- Excellent attention to detail and consistency.
- Ability to work independently as a sole designer, while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Comfortable balancing creative exploration with brand discipline.
- Comfortable working in a creative, ambitious team that’s focused on pushing marketing forward.
