Trade Choice Carpet & Flooringis looking for an experienced Class 2 HGV Driver to join ourwarehouse and distributionteam in Bristol.
Asone of ourdrivers, you'll beresponsible for completingmulti-drop deliveriesto our branchnetwork, ensuring stockis delivered safely, efficiently, and ontime.
Thisis a Mondayto Friday rolewith no weekendworking, offering agreat work-lifebalance.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload your vehicle
- Carry out delivery checks and obtain proof of delivery
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any defects
- Ensure compliance with Driver Hours, Working Time Directive and tachograph legislation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and roadworthy vehicle
- Report any accidents or incidents in line with company procedures
- Deliver excellent customer service on every journey
- What You'll Need
- Valid
HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence .
- Valid
Driver CPC .
- Digital Tachograph Card.
- Good knowledge of UK roadtransport legislation.
- A safe, professionaldriving record.
- Ability to carryout manual handlingand lift heavyitems.
- Strong communication andtime management skills.
- A positive, reliableattitude and team-focused approach.
