The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships. The successful candidate will have experience coaching others on cold calls.
Responsibilities:
- Build a deal pipeline and actively close deals across the core product areas.
- Use a variety of sources including self-generated opportunities to build and maintain a qualified pipeline of sales opportunities.
- Use Direct Selling methods – Cold calling, emailing, social and other channels to generate new business conversations.
- Work closely with the wider sales and marketing teams to qualify and nurture new leads.
- Schedule meetings between qualified leads and the Sales Executives.
- Leverage and enhance sales and marketing tools (e.g. Salesforce/LinkedIn/Hubspot) and resources to best enable the sales process.
- Report daily, weekly and monthly performance against KPIs, metrics and targets.
- Build expertise and presence in relevant industry sectors.
- Clearly and concisely articulate Tradebridge’s value proposition.
- Develop your own sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales volumes and revenue targets.
- Progress to deal closure.
- Mentor and Coach SDRs.
We are looking for the following:
- A hands-on, self-starter with the ability to quickly learn new markets and industries, together with demonstrable digital fluency.
- Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to adapt and solve challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Seeking experience of B2B sales, preferably in a finance-related business, selling into both.
- Proven SDR/BDR experience.
- Self-starter.
- Coaching/Team leadership experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- At least 1 - 2 years' of relevant work experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
