The role will be responsible for shaping and executing the WTS and package waste commercial strategy, identifying and converting new business opportunities, strengthening customer propositions, and maximising value from existing and prospective accounts.

Working closely with internal stakeholders across sales, operations, supply chain, bid management, finance, insights, and senior leadership, the role will ensure commercial plans are aligned, deliverable, and supported by robust pricing, reporting, and performance management. • Own and manage senior-level relationships with priority customers, acting as the escalation point for complex commercial or service-related issues.
  • Support customer visits, presentations, trade fairs, bids, and mobilisation activity to help secure and onboard new opportunities effectively.
  • Lead pricing activity for package waste, including the monthly pricing review, working with operational colleagues and in line with UK commercial sign-off limits.
  • Compile, analyse, and report on commercial performance, including sales pipelines, volumes, pricing, variances, opportunity lists, customer trends, NCRs, key business issues, and proposed actions.
