What will you do? Make an impact! Due to continued growth and success, we are looking for proactive and enthusiastic team members who provide excellent, friendly, and professional service to our customers. Our customer support team members actively improve our culture of customer delivery and take responsibility for making our department a great place to work. In this role, you will understand customer needs, communicate effectively, and exceed internal service levels.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing outstanding support to our customers throughout the end-to-end process order to cash life cycle, from inquiry through to invoicing.
  • Ensuring excellent communication with our Sales, Operations, and Finance teams, and keeping the customer always informed via email and telephone.
  • Managing inquiries, creating sales orders, completing NCRs, handling invoice queries, and recording complaints accurately and in a timely way for customers on our SAP system.
  • Being the internal buddy for our sales team, ensuring an excellent customer experience from start to finish.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Experience of working as one team across multiple telephony channels, personalising each interaction with a customer to provide support during the end-to-end life cycle.
  • Experience of detailed communications with customers (Telephone, Email, Live Chat, and written correspondence).
  • Processing customer sales orders, dealing with customer requests, and using multiple systems on a day-to-day basis.
  • Raising quotes, sales orders, NCRs, invoice queries, and complaints, completing these within management SLAs.
