Main purpose of job: Due to continued growth and success, we are looking for proactive and enthusiastic team members who provide excellent, friendly, and professional service to our customers. Our customer support team members actively improve our culture of customer delivery and take responsibility for making our department a great place to work. In this role, you will understand customer needs, communicate effectively, and exceed internal service levels.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing outstanding support to our customers throughout the end-to-end process order to cash life cycle, from inquiry through to invoicing.
- Ensuring excellent communication with our Sales, Operations, and Finance teams, and keeping the customer always informed via email and telephone.
- Managing inquiries, creating sales orders, completing NCRs, handling invoice queries, and recording complaints accurately and in a timely manner for customers on our SAP system.
