We are looking for a highly motivated and adaptable Multiskilled Operator to join our team. In this role, you will act as an expert operator across multiple operational areas, applying core processing principles to handle various waste streams and convert them into Cemfuel. This is a dynamic, hands-on position that goes beyond routine operations. You will play a key role in supporting site performance, safety, and continuous improvement while contributing across a wide range of operational and technical activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate plant and equipment following procedures
- Work flexibly across different operational areas
- Support maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting
- Respond to emergencies and report safety concerns
- Maintain housekeeping standards and wear PPE
- Meet throughput targets and maintain accurate records
- Participate in training and continuous development
- Assist with general site duties as required
