Operator - Tradebe Queenslie

Shift Pattern 4o4o (Days and Nights)

Working hours: 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am

Play a key role in the safe and efficient handling of clinical and hazardous waste, ensuring all waste movements are managed in line with environmental legislation, site permits and health & safety standards. You'll help keep our operations running smoothly while making a real contribution to protecting people and the environment.

Key Responsibilites

  • Safely operate processing plant, machinery and industrial cleaning equipment.
  • Load and unload vehicles, containers and waste safely and efficiently.
  • Process clinical and hazardous waste in line with environmental and site requirements.
  • Complete waste documentation accurately and operate site weighing systems.
  • Maintain high housekeeping standards across the site using 5S principles.
  • Monitor equipment performance, report downtime and support continuous improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve site performance and safety goals.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to visitors, drivers and customers.
  • Always follow site procedures, Safe Working Practices (SWPs) and health & safety regulations.
