What will you do? Make an impact!
Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day organisation and supervision of site Mechanical Technicians as well as contract staff, to achieve an efficient maintenance function, while adhering to all relevant legislation as applicable to a top tier COMAH site.
The successful candidate will be accountable for the provision of all mechanical support to the Ops & Engineering teams, ensuring work is completed in accordance with documented work requirements, legislation and the company's policies and objectives, maintaining and improving performance in the areas of Safety, Quality and Environment and that appropriate repair and maintenance requirements are identified and undertaken as necessary to maintain plant availability and improve efficiency.
