With continued growth across our sector and exciting new projects coming online, we are looking for a skilled Maintenance Operative to join our team in Winfrith. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the commissioning, maintenance, and reliability of critical assets supporting the future of nuclear waste treatment technologies.

Working closely with Project Engineers and Operations teams, you'll be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance activities across site systems and equipment.

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) using CMMS systems such as MaintMaster
  • Support installation, commissioning, and modification of new equipment
  • Complete maintenance records and CMMS updates accurately
  • Conduct inspections, condition monitoring, and support root cause analysis
  • Work collaboratively with engineering, operations, and project teams
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and reduce downtime

Requirements:

  • Recognised apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 qualification
  • Proven maintenance experience within industrial or process environments
  • Experience using CMMS systems (MaintMaster, SAP, Maximo or similar)
  • Full clean driving licence
