Are you an experienced HGV driver looking for a varied role with nationwide travel, responsibility, and long-term opportunities? We're looking for a professional and safety-focused HGV C+E ADR Driver to join our growing team transporting hazardous and non-hazardous waste across the UK.
The Role
You'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day transport operations of the business, delivering a reliable, compliant, and high-quality service to customers nationwide. This is a hands-on role requiring flexibility, professionalism, and a strong commitment to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Collecting hazardous and non-hazardous waste and packaging across the UK
- Safe loading, securing, and transportation of goods in line with legislation
- Identifying and reporting non-compliant or unsafe loads in accordance with ADR regulations
- Ensuring full compliance with road safety and transport legislation
- Handling heavy packages using appropriate manual handling equipment when required
- Carrying out daily vehicle walkaround checks in line with company procedures
- Tachograph management and compliance
- Delivering vehicles and trailers for inspections and maintenance
- Liaising with Site Managers and operational teams
- Completing accurate paperwork and transport documentation
- Reporting incidents in line with company procedures
- Attending all mandatory training required for the role
- Operating other vehicle types when required

Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Driver CPC qualification
- HGV C+E licence
- ADR licence (Training can be provided)
- Ability to work away from home during the working week
- Strong time management and ability to work safely under pressure
- Commitment to high standards, compliance, and customer service

- Flexibility for occasional weekend working
