We are looking for a highly motivated and adaptable Multiskilled Operator to join our team. In this role, you will act as an expert operator across multiple operational areas, applying core processing principles to handle various waste streams and convert them into Cemfuel. This is a dynamic, hands-on position that goes beyond routine operations. You will play a key role in supporting site performance, safety, and continuous improvement while contributing across a wide range of operational and technical activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate plant and equipment following procedures
  • Work flexibly across different operational areas
  • Support maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting
  • Respond to emergencies and report safety concerns
  • Maintain housekeeping standards and wear PPE
  • Meet throughput targets and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in training and continuous development
  • Assist with general site duties as required

  • Computer literacy especially in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Cool under pressure

Desirable Skills:

  • Health & safety qualification (IOSH)
  • Knowledge of solvent processing and blending principles and tools
  • Forklift truck licence
  • Driving licence to assist with learning of site shunter, van tanker, hook loader etc.
  • Permit training
  • First aid at work
  • Experience in chemicals / waste industry
  • Emergency response experience
