What will you do? Make an impact! We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager managing a regional portfolio of SME industrial accounts (up to £500k revenue) under single-source agreements for hazardous waste services. Responsible for driving profitable growth, delivering an outstanding customer experience, and building strong, long-term partnerships across key manufacturing sectors including petrochemical, pharmaceutical, chemical, and metals.

Key responsibilities:

  • Delivering and exceeding sales targets across a defined portfolio of industrial customers in key markets.
  • Developing tailored hazardous waste solutions that meet commercial and environmental needs, creating mutual value.
  • Applying knowledge of sustainability, circularity, and emerging technologies to influence customers and stakeholders.
  • Driving high levels of customer satisfaction and advocacy through direct engagement and collaboration with internal teams.
  • Identifying and converting new opportunities to generate incremental sales across Tradebe’s infrastructure.
  • Creating and executing account plans to grow customer relationships and committed volumes.
  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of industrial prospects to support ongoing sales growth.
  • Managing pipeline and sales forecasts using CRM systems.
