What will you do? Make an impact!
You'll play a key role in the installation, fabrication, maintenance and repair of piping systems, working as part of a skilled team to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standards, while meeting key project milestones. The primary goal is troubleshooting breakdowns and ensuring planned preventative maintenance is completed efficiently and to a high standard, ensuring minimal operational downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and install mechanical pipework and fittings according to site specifications.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdowns.
- Utilise Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to log work orders.
- Ensure full compliance with strict environmental, health, and safety laws.
Do you have what it takes?
Essential:
- Time-served Pipefitter status or a recognised apprenticeship (Level 3)
Desirable:
- FLT Licence
- ECITB Diploma in Installing Engineering Construction Plant and Systems - Pipefitting (SCQF Level 6).
