About this Role
RMT is seeking an Administrative Officer (Membership Services) to :
- ensure the delivery of high quality customer focused membership services;
- to continually improve our services, increasing member satisfaction and improving retention rates.
- to use databases, including produce of tailored reports; and
- to provide regular management information and produce service user reports for the Management team.
