Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow Trade Tech’s presence in Japan, focusing on the full suite of Trade Tech's solutions, including logistics management, Customs compliance, and supply chain optimization.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify, engage, and build relationships with freight forwarders, logistics providers, and industry stakeholders to position Trade Tech as the preferred partner for supply chain innovation.
  • Market Development: Drive the adoption of Trade Tech's solutions by leveraging market insights and identifying growth opportunities across different transportation sectors.
  • Industry Representation: Represent Trade Tech at industry events, trade shows, and forums to enhance brand visibility and build a robust network.
  • Collaborative Execution: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure client satisfaction and provide valuable market feedback.
  • Sales Performance: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through effective pipeline management, lead conversion, and strategic account development.

Key Requirements

  • Industry Expertise: Proven experience of 10 years+ in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management with an interest in transitioning to software sales. Familiarity with logistics processes and technologies is highly desirable.
