WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Support the Office Manager in creating a welcoming, well-organized, and efficient workplace
- Ensure smooth daily office operations through proactive hands‑on support
- Take ownership of shipping, receiving, and delivery management processes
- Maintain kitchen, pantry, and common areas to create an exceptional employee experience
- Prepare meeting and conference rooms to ensure a professional and productive environment
- Identify issues proactively and resolve them quickly before they impact employees or guests
- Welcome candidates and visitors with a warm and professional attitude
- Assist with general office administration and day‑to‑day operational tasks
