The Role
We are looking for a commercially minded and confident Credit Controller who enjoys building relationships, influencing outcomes, and taking ownership of cash collection. This role suits someone with a sales‑style mindset – comfortable on the phone, confident negotiating payment, and able to balance firmness with professionalism.
You will take full ownership of the credit control cycle, proactively managing customer accounts, chasing overdue invoices, and negotiating payment arrangements where appropriate. A key part of the role is building strong, professional relationships with clients, resolving invoice queries quickly, and constructively challenging non‑payment to protect cash flow while maintaining long‑term customer relationships. You will also work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on customer accounts.
