Trade Mastermind is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a talented Website Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of our websites across multiple brands. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys a varied blend of hands-on WordPress updates, SEO, CRO, UX optimisation, and digital performance reporting. You will play a key part in ensuring our websites are fast, mobile-first, fully optimised, and continually improving in both user experience and conversion performance.
In this position, you will manage and update several WordPress sites, taking responsibility for publishing new content, improving existing landing pages, and enhancing overall website structure. You will oversee both technical and on-page SEO improvements, analyse user behaviour using tools such as Microsoft Clarity, and implement CRO tests to optimise key user journeys. A core part of your role will involve improving form-fill conversion rates and working closely with our PPC partners to ensure landing pages support paid campaign performance effectively. Alongside this, you will monitor traffic, conversions, funnel activity and produce regular performance reports to guide future improvements.
We are looking for someone with strong hands-on experience working with WordPress and a solid understanding of SEO, including both technical and on-page principles. You should feel confident analysing website behaviour, spotting opportunities for optimisation, and implementing changes that improve engagement and results. A good understanding of CRO, UX and A/B testing is essential, as well as the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple brand websites at the same time.
