You will be working directly with Joseph Valente β 8-figure entrepreneur, investor, winner of BBCβs The Apprentice, and founder of several high-growth ventures.
This is not your average videographer role. Youβll be at the centre of a fast-moving, entrepreneurial media and business operation with national brand exposure, daily filming opportunities, and rapid content production cycles.
Key Responsibilities- Video Production & Editing
- Lead the filming and production of Unfinished Business, capturing candid, real-time content of business operations, events, and entrepreneur life.
- Produce high-quality, engaging footage from live events, masterclasses, and speaking engagements.
- Manage full production workflows β from concept and filming to editing and final delivery.
- Collaborate closely with content, marketing, and social teams to deliver assets aligned with brand tone and business objectives.
- Ensure efficient turnaround of video content while maintaining high visual and narrative standards.
- Work on multiple concurrent projects in a high-performance, deadline-driven environment.
- Creative Direction & Content Innovation
- Develop fresh, innovative video formats to engage audiences across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
- Create vlog-style and behind-the-scenes content showcasing the culture, ambition, and personality of the brand.
- Stay ahead of trends in digital video, content marketing, and storytelling.
- Continuously refine creative approaches to maximise reach, watch time, and viewer engagement.
- Filming & Technical Execution
- Direct and support on-screen talent to produce confident, natural performances.
- Set up and manage all aspects of lighting, sound, and filming equipment.
- Organise and archive digital assets efficiently to ensure content is accessible and reusable.
- Travel to on-site and off-site locations as needed.
- Strong portfolio of video production and editing work, ideally within documentary, business, or fast-paced social content environments.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent editing software.
- Excellent storytelling instincts and ability to edit content for clarity, emotion, and impact.
- Awareness of creators like MrBeast, Alex Hormozi, Steven Bartlett, and Iman Gadzhi β and ability to adapt to a similar visual and narrative style.
- Highly adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial setting.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, early mornings, and weekends as required for filming schedules.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
