Trade Mastermind is seeking an experienced and results-driven Paid Ads Specialist to join our in-house marketing department. As one of the UK’s leading business education providers for the trade and construction industry, we are committed to helping business owners scale through structured training, coaching, and mentorship programmes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence the commercial growth of a high-performing, fast-scaling organisation.
In this position, you will take full responsibility for the planning, development, and optimisation of Facebook advertising campaigns with a strong focus on lead generation. You will be expected to conduct detailed audience and market research, design high-performing campaign strategies, and deliver compelling creative assets that generate measurable results. You will manage all aspects of campaign execution, including budgeting, bidding, tracking, testing, and reporting.
A key part of the role involves owning and refining the lead generation funnel. You will be responsible for creating and improving landing pages, managing lead forms, and ensuring that all follow-up processes contribute to a seamless, high-conversion user journey from first engagement to enrolment. You will analyse campaign performance regularly and use data insights to drive continuous optimisation across creatives, audiences, placements, and overall strategy.
