We are now seeking an experienced Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead the charge in driving qualified lead generation, sales pipeline performance, and measurable marketing ROI. Lead Generation & Campaign Management Execute and manage outbound marketing campaigns via email, SMS, and retargeting channels. Drive a consistent, daily flow of qualified leads into the sales pipeline. Build and refine lead nurturing funnels to warm cold traffic and increase conversion rates. 2. CRM & Funnel Ownership Take full control of our CRM (Ontraport or similar), including segmentation, automations, and workflow optimisation. Identify and fix funnel weaknesses before they impact performance. Ensure systems are built to scale and support ongoing campaign activity. 3. Sales Integration & Pipeline Management Partner closely with the sales team to align on lead quality, follow-up processes, and conversion strategies. Maintain visibility on pipeline health and support sales accountability. Help drive predictable revenue growth through shared marketing and sales metrics. 4. Reporting, Analysis & Performance Tracking Monitor and report on core KPIs such as cost per lead, conversion rates, CAC, and sales velocity. Deliver weekly and monthly reports with insights that inform next-step optimisations. Use data-driven insights to refine targeting, messaging, and campaign effectiveness. 5. Messaging, Copywriting & Campaign Content Develop high-impact marketing assets including emails, SMS sequences, landing pages, and advertising copy. Maintain consistent, compelling brand messaging across all marketing channels. Test and iterate creative approaches to increase response and engagement rates. 6. Campaign Testing & Continuous Improvement Test everything β subject lines, offers, calls-to-action, segments, and workflows. Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and best practices in performance marketing. Build scalable systems and processes that continuously evolve and improve. What You Bring 4β6+ years\’ experience in growth, performance, or demand generation marketing (B2B or service-led preferred). Strong campaign execution skills and hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Ontraport, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar. Proven ability to manage and optimise multi-channel marketing strategies that generate pipeline and revenue. Analytical mindset with a results-first approach β confident with data, KPIs, and dashboards. Proactive and resourceful β you take initiative, meet deadlines, and never wait to be told what to do.
