About the Role
Trade Mastermind is a fast-growing, performance-driven organisation with a nationally recognised brand. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a PPC Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our paid media activity and support ambitious lead generation and customer acquisition targets. This role is ideal for a commercially minded PPC professional who enjoys analysing data, optimising performance, and seeing their work translate directly into measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- PPC Strategy & Campaign Management
- Plan, build, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and YouTube
- Develop multi-channel paid media strategies aligned with business goals
- Identify growth opportunities and scalable acquisition strategies
- Performance & Optimisation
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimise for CPL, CTR, conversions, and ROAS
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Improve landing page performance through CRO insights and testing
- Tracking, Reporting & Analysis
- Ensure accurate tracking using GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking
- Produce clear, actionable performance reports
- Use data insights to drive decision-making and continuous improvement
- Budget Management
- Manage and allocate monthly PPC budgets effectively
- Maximise ROI while controlling costs and reducing waste
- Collaboration
- Work closely with the wider marketing team, including content, creative, and CRM
- Support campaigns across webinars, events, launches, and lead funnels
Skills & Experience Required
- 2-5+ years’ experience in PPC or paid media (agency or in-house)
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Bing Ads
- Confident using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and analytics tools
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
- Commercial awareness and focus on results
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-led environment
