The Role
We are looking for a confident Business Trainer & Coach with strong financial knowledge and excellent presentation skills. This is a front‑facing role focused on delivering engaging in‑person training events and supporting business owners to improve performance and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑energy Discovery Day training sessions, helping business owners understand their current position and growth potential
- Provide clear, practical financial guidance, including forecasting, budgeting, and profit improvement
- Coach clients through one‑to‑one and group sessions to support implementation and accountability
- Simplify financial concepts and help clients make confident business decisions
- Contribute to training content and continuously improve programme delivery
- Represent the business at events and workshops, inspiring and motivating audiences
About You
- Experience in business management, ideally within trades, construction, or SMEs
- Strong financial understanding (cash flow, P&L, forecasting, budgeting)
- Background in training, coaching, or public speaking
- Engaging communicator who can simplify complex information
- Organised, proactive, and passionate about helping businesses succeed
