About the Role This role is a unique opportunity to work directly with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) as a critical strategic partner. As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving operational performance across the business by developing, implementing, and embedding effective systems, processes, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will play a hands-on role in executing business strategies, optimising internal systems particularly our CRM ( Ontraport ) and improving performance across all operational areas. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and can bring structure, accountability, and measurable impact. Key Responsibilities * Act as the right hand to the COO, providing operational oversight, execution support, and strategic input to ensure organisational goals are delivered efficiently. * Lead the end-to-end development, implementation, and continuous refinement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all departments to ensure consistency and compliance. * Manage and optimise the use of CRM ( Ontraport ) platforms across the organisation, ensuring they effectively support business development, customer engagement, service delivery, and data reporting. * Work collaboratively with leadership and department heads to identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and implement scalable solutions. * Create and deliver comprehensive training materials, onboarding documentation, and process manuals to support team learning and development. * Monitor and report on key operational metrics, performance indicators, and project outcomes to the COO and wider leadership team. * Ensure operational risks are identified and mitigated through robust planning and execution frameworks. * Support cross-functional initiatives, aligning operational strategies with commercial objectives. * Manage multiple ongoing projects, prioritising according to business needs and ensuring timely delivery. * Drive accountability across teams by implementing controls, tracking mechanisms, and regular performance reviews. Candidate Profile We are looking for a resourceful, structured, and proactive operations professional who is comfortable operating at both a strategic and executional level. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of CRM( Ontraport ) systems, experience leading operational improvements, and a strong grasp of process implementation within dynamic, high-growth environments. Key Requirements: * Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Process Manager, or a similar senior operations role in a fast-paced environment. * Demonstrated ability to develop and implement business processes, SOPs, and operational frameworks from the ground up. * In-depth experience with CRM( Ontraport ) systems (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent), including implementation, configuration, and user training. * Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver high-quality outcomes within deadlines. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. * Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations. * Comfortable working in a commercially focused, high-performance environment with ambitious growth targets. * Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a culture of change and continuous improvement.
