As we continue to scale, we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our day‑to‑day operations and help build the systems that support our next stage of growth. You will play a key part in ensuring our operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with our high performance culture. The Role As Operations Manager, you will take responsibility for the full operational engine of the business. This includes managing our CRM systems, improving processes, overseeing data accuracy, and ensuring strong alignment between Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Finance. You will design and maintain the company’s CRM architecture, ensuring workflows, automations, reporting, and data management are set up to support growth.
