As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving operational performance across the business by developing, implementing, and embedding effective systems, processes, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).\\n\\nYou will play a hands-on role in executing business strategies, optimising internal systems particularly our CRM ( Ontraport ) and improving performance across all operational areas. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and can bring structure, accountability, and measurable impact.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\n * Act as the right hand to the COO, providing operational oversight, execution support, and strategic input to ensure organisational goals are delivered efficiently.\\n\\n * Lead the end-to-end development, implementation, and continuous refinement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all departments to ensure consistency and compliance.\\n\\n * Manage and optimise the use of CRM ( Ontraport ) platforms across the organisation, ensuring they effectively support business development, customer engagement, service delivery, and data reporting.\\n\\n * Work collaboratively with leadership and department heads to identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and implement scalable solutions.\\n\\n * Create and deliver comprehensive training materials, onboarding documentation, and process manuals to support team learning and development.\\n\\n * Monitor and report on key operational metrics, performance indicators, and project outcomes to the COO and wider leadership team.\\n\\n * Ensure operational risks are identified and mitigated through robust planning and execution frameworks.\\n\\n * Support cross-functional initiatives, aligning operational strategies with commercial objectives.\\n\\n * Manage multiple ongoing projects, prioritising according to business needs and ensuring timely delivery.\\n\\n * Drive accountability across teams by implementing controls, tracking mechanisms, and regular performance reviews.\\n\\nCandidate Profile\\n\\nWe are looking for a resourceful, structured, and proactive operations professional who is comfortable operating at both a strategic and executional level.
