Trade Mastermind is the UK’s leading education and coaching provider for tradespeople, supporting trade business owners nationwide in scaling, growing, and building profitable companies through expert training, mentorship, and digital learning programmes. As the business continues its rapid expansion, we are investing heavily in the growth of our in-house marketing department and seeking ambitious, data-driven, and creative professionals who want to contribute to meaningful commercial impact within a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

We are now recruiting an experienced Marketing Specialist with a strong background in lifecycle and email marketing. This role sits at the heart of our customer communication strategy and is responsible for designing, executing, and optimising lifecycle journeys across multiple touchpoints. You will ensure that prospects and customers receive highly relevant, timely, and engaging communication that increases lead generation, enhances pipeline performance, boosts engagement, and supports long-term retention through data-led personalisation.

Working collaboratively with our Sales, CRM/Data, and Product teams, you will play an influential role in improving funnel performance and elevating the customer experience at every stage. In this position, you will take full ownership of building high-performing email marketing programmes that drive strong commercial outcomes. You will develop targeted re-engagement workflows to revive inactive leads, plan customer marketing campaigns that support retention, adoption, and upsell opportunities, and create multi-channel lifecycle sequences across email, SMS, and WhatsApp.

Close alignment with the Sales team will be essential, ensuring that campaign activity directly supports improved conversion rates from lead to opportunity and from opportunity to close. You will also be responsible for creating and refining a wide range of lifecycle assets, including email templates, SMS and WhatsApp scripts, landing pages, sales enablement content, and product collateral.

A key part of the role involves using behavioural, lifecycle, and product-interest data to build accurate audience segments and deliver personalised messaging that increases relevance and engagement. You will run regular A/B tests across multiple variables—including subject lines, messaging styles, cadence, offers, and channel mix—and report on all lifecycle and campaign performance. This includes analysing MQLs, SQLs, opportunity creation, reactivation rates, conversion rates, and revenue contribution to ensure every campaign drives measurable impact.

This role is fully office-based at our modern headquarters in Peterborough and offers a competitive salary of £35,000–£40,000 depending on experience. You will benefit from access to Cardone University for continuous learning, along with ongoing training, mentoring, and sponsored professional certifications. The working environment is collaborative, energetic, and performance-driven, with regular team events, employee recognition programmes, and a strong focus on innovation and professional development. Additional perks include free on-site parking, a subsidised canteen, gym facilities, birthday leave, wellbeing initiatives, and a workspace designed to support creativity, focus, and collaboration.

If you are a proactive, analytical, and creative marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited by the opportunity to drive meaningful commercial results, this role offers an exceptional opportunity to take ownership of key lifecycle initiatives and contribute to the growth of a rapidly scaling organisation.
