Trade Mastermind, one of the UK’s fastest-growing business education providers, is seeking a commercially minded, systems-driven Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our in-house marketing function. This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for an experienced marketing professional with advanced knowledge of Ontraport CRM, campaign management, and marketing automation. You will be responsible for shaping and executing the entire marketing strategy — driving high-quality lead generation, building scalable systems, and aligning marketing performance with business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
- Campaign Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of integrated campaigns across digital advertising, email, SEO, content, and live events.
- CRM & Automation: Take full ownership of the Ontraport CRM platform, including automation workflows, audience segmentation, tagging, and performance reporting.
- Performance Tracking: Build and maintain performance dashboards, track KPIs, and report actionable insights to senior leadership to guide strategic decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Events teams to ensure cohesive campaigns and consistent messaging throughout the customer journey.
- Team Leadership: Manage and develop an in-house marketing team, while overseeing third-party suppliers as needed to execute campaigns and deliver results.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior marketing role within a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.
- Extensive, hands-on experience with Ontraport CRM — including automation, campaign building, data management, and reporting.
- Demonstrated success in delivering performance-based, multichannel campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership abilities.
- Must be based in or able to commute to our Peterborough HQ (this is a full-time, office-based role).
