As part of our continued expansion, we are recruiting driven and ambitious Business Development Managers to join our elite sales division. In this role, you will be responsible for enrolling trade business owners into our flagship 7‑Figure Construction Business Academy, the UK's only City & Guilds‑accredited three‑year business qualification for trades. Reporting to a high‑performance B2B Sales Manager, you will manage the full sales cycle from initial lead to close. This includes engaging with prospects both face‑to‑face at national events and virtually through Zoom or phone consultations, presenting one of the most powerful business training offers currently available in the UK.
Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will involve:
- Converting qualified inbound leads, event-generated enquiries, and marketing-driven prospects into high‑value clients.
- Conducting in‑depth discovery calls, delivering engaging business consultations, and running effective closing presentations.
- Proactive pipeline management, strong CRM discipline, and consistent performance against daily KPIs.
- Representing the Trade Mastermind brand at national events with energy, professionalism, and belief in the transformational impact of our programmes.
This opportunity offers exceptional rewards for high performers. Alongside a ÂŁ40,000 base salary and ÂŁ48,000 uncapped OTE, you will receive monthly bonuses, accelerators for exceeding targets, a car allowance, private health cover, a pension scheme, and comprehensive training and mentorship directly from CEO Joseph Valente. You will also have a clear progression pathway toward Senior BDM, Team Leader, or Sales Manager roles. The package includes 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, an additional birthday day off, and full access to our new HQ and national events.

You should be confident, highly motivated, and capable of consistently hitting and exceeding revenue targets.
