From our flagship 20,000 sq ft headquarters in Cambridgeshire, we deliver over 50 events each month spanning academies, masterclasses, networking events and large-scale growth programmes.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a commercially driven Events Marketing Manager to support the continued expansion of our events portfolio. This is not an event delivery role. Instead, it is a strategic position focused on driving attendance, building partnerships, securing sponsorships, and increasing overall commercial performance.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Driving event registrations, attendance and audience growth
- Developing and securing sponsorship opportunities
- Building relationships with exhibitors, suppliers and industry partners
- Identifying new partnerships to expand reach and brand visibility
- Collaborating with the marketing team to deliver effective campaigns
- Contributing to revenue growth and overall event profitability
About You
You will bring a strong background in event-led environments and understand how to drive both engagement and commercial return.
- Proven experience within event marketing, exhibitions, conferences or trade shows
- Strong track record in sponsorship sales or partnership development
- Commercially aware, with a clear understanding of event-led lead generation
- Confident relationship builder with strong networking capability
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, ambitious, and comfortable taking ownership
Experience within construction, trades, property, or the wider UK business sector is highly advantageous, particularly exposure to events such as UK Construction Week, The Business Show, InstallerSHOW or similar.
