As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Customer Account Manager to play a key role in enhancing our client experience and supporting the long-term success of our customer relationships.
About the Role
As a Customer Account Manager, you will be the face and voice of our client experience, responsible for ensuring that every new customer has a seamless onboarding journey and continues to receive world-class support throughout their time with us. You will proactively manage relationships, identify growth opportunities, and serve as a trusted advisor to our clients. This role is ideal for someone who is dynamic, charismatic, customer-focused, and excited about helping businesses succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for new clients, delivering a professional, welcoming onboarding experience
- Build strong, trusted relationships with a portfolio of clients across Trade Mastermind's coaching academies
- Proactively engage with clients to identify training needs, business challenges, and up-selling opportunities
- Collaborate with the Head of Key Account Management on strategic projects and initiatives
- Coordinate and deliver tailored client support, including appointment scheduling, training guidance, and account oversight
- Ensure client retention through consistent, value-driven engagement
- Resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and professionally
- Track, manage, and report on key account engagement metrics and outcomes
- Work cross-functionally with sales and delivery teams to align on customer objectives
- Maintain high standards of communication, professionalism, and customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service
- A track record of success in managing client relationships and driving retention
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Ability to analyse client needs and propose relevant business solutions
- Proactive and self-motivated with a commercial mindset
- Strong project management and time management capabilities
- A positive, collaborative, and enthusiastic team player
- Confident and charismatic in client-facing situations
- Must be able to commute or relocate to Peterborough

This is an office-based role in Peterborough. Applicants must be able to commute or relocate as required.
