As we continue our rapid growth, we’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to strengthen our leadership team and help drive the business to the next level.
The Role
As COO, you will play a central role in scaling the organisation from 7 to 8 figures and beyond. Working closely with the CEO, you will shape the strategic direction of the company while building a robust operational engine that supports fast, sustainable growth. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will bring structure, clarity, and excellence across all departments to ensure we continue delivering life-changing results for our customers.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- You will lead the day-to-day operations of the organisation, ensuring all functions run effectively and efficiently. This includes developing scalable systems and processes, improving workflow across departments, and embedding strong performance management using KPIs and data-driven decision-making.
- You will also contribute to the company’s strategic direction, identifying new growth opportunities, supporting business development activities, and helping to unlock new revenue streams. Working closely with the finance team, you’ll guide budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to ensure the business meets its performance targets.
- A key part of your role will be supporting and developing our teams. You will coach, mentor, and inspire staff across the organisation, ensuring we attract and retain top-performing talent. You will help shape a high-performance culture built on collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
- Beyond internal leadership, you will represent Trade Mastermind with external partners, investors, regulators, and stakeholders, ensuring the business operates with professionalism, credibility, and compliance.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a senior leader with proven experience scaling a business from 7 to 8 figures, ideally within a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment. You should have strong strategic planning and execution skills, alongside excellent financial understanding and the ability to manage budgets and forecasts effectively.
You’ll need exceptional communication and leadership capabilities, with the ability to influence at all levels and create high-performing teams. We’re looking for someone analytical, commercially minded, and confident in making data-driven decisions that support long-term growth. A degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred, and an MBA is an advantage.
