The Role

We are looking for a confident Business Trainer & Coach with strong financial knowledge and excellent presentation skills. This is a front-facing role focused on delivering engaging in-person training events and supporting business owners to improve performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-energy Discovery Day training sessions, helping business owners understand their current position and growth potential
  • Provide clear, practical financial guidance, including forecasting, budgeting, and profit improvement
  • Coach clients through one-to-one and group sessions to support implementation and accountability
  • Simplify financial concepts and help clients make confident business decisions
  • Contribute to training content and continuously improve programme delivery
  • Represent the business at events and workshops, inspiring and motivating audiences

About You

  • Experience in business management, ideally within trades, construction, or SMEs
  • Strong financial understanding (cash flow, P&L, forecasting, budgeting)
  • Background in training, coaching, or public speaking
  • Engaging communicator who can simplify complex information
  • Organised, proactive, and passionate about helping businesses succeed
