As our Business Executive Specialist, you will work closely with the CEO, providing seamless support across all areas of business operations. You’ll take charge of actions, keep communication flowing, and ensure that meetings, projects, and priorities run like clockwork. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position that goes beyond traditional EA duties. You’ll play a crucial role in helping to shape and deliver our company goals.
Key Responsibilities- Be the first point of contact for key stakeholders, handling communications with confidence and professionalism.
- Take control of meeting actions, ensuring follow-ups and deadlines are met.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Track progress on all agreed actions and proactively follow up to ensure completion.
- Anticipate executive needs and prepare materials ahead of time.
- Take ownership of operational processes to keep the business running smoothly.
- Support strategic initiatives and cross-departmental projects.
- Monitor priorities, deadlines, and key deliverables, keeping leadership accountable and informed.
- Proven experience as an EA, or Business Operations Assistant at executive level.
- Exceptional organisation, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Flexibility around hours and start times is required.
- Confident communicator - both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal ability.
- Skilled at minute-taking, action tracking, and follow-up management.
- Tech-savvy with solid Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Flexible, proactive, and calm under pressure.
