We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our New Business team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for new business prospects, building genuine relationships and helping customers feel confident and safe to trade with us. You will play a key part in shaping the customer experience, working collaboratively across teams to ensure Trade Nation’s values are reflected in every interaction. This is a commission-based role, your earnings will reflect your performance, giving you the opportunity to significantly increase your total compensation.

Responsibilities:

  • Consistently deliver against KPIs including call volumes, talk time, and conversion rates, meeting and exceeding monthly targets.
  • Stay informed on global financial markets and macroeconomic trends, confidently discussing relevant developments with customers to build credibility and trust.
  • Cultivate exceptional, long‑term relationships with customers, ensuring every interaction leaves them feeling valued, supported and confident to trade.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the regulatory framework governing financial trading, applying this knowledge to ensure all activity remains compliant and aligned with industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records across all key platforms, including HubSpot CRM, Microsoft Excel, SharePoint and Outlook, upholding a high standard of data integrity.
  • Effectively manage and diversify across multiple lead sources to maximise pipeline coverage and new business opportunities.
  • Work cross‑functionally with colleagues across departments – including Marketing, Product and Compliance – to support brand growth and deliver a consistently outstanding customer experience.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, managing your own workload and priorities, while actively contributing to team performance and shared goals.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in speaking and writing in English as well as one other language from the following: Portuguese, Polish or German.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • Experience working in a KPI‑driven environment.
  • Experience working in a financially regulated environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and a service mindset to support our clients in the demanding, real-time environment of online trading.
  • Well organised with good time management skills, able to take proactive action when necessary.
