Trade Nation is a global CFD and spread betting brokerage operating across multiple regulated jurisdictions. Our trading platforms and execution stack are the heart of the business — what traders experience every day and what underpins our edge in the market.

We're hiring a Product Manager to support roadmap delivery across two connected verticals:

  • Trading UIs - our proprietary mobile app and web platform plus third-party trading interfaces
  • Execution & Trading - pricing engines, liquidity-provider integrations, risk monitoring and trade-execution logic.

You'll work closely with the vertical owner and demonstrate domain fluency from day one. We're looking for an experienced individual who is familiar with how leveraged trading products, platforms and execution work, from the inside.

Since 2014, we’ve grown into a market-leading, low-cost broker with our headquarters in London and offices across Europe, South Africa, Asia-Pacific, and key offshore regions including the Caribbean and Indian Ocean. Our platform is available in 14 languages, making it accessible to traders worldwide.

Our commitments to each other:

  • We have each other’s backs: There when we need each other the most.
  • We challenge each other: Be more creative, more curious, more bold.
  • We thrive together: Taking our work to the next level.
  • We form strong bonds: Through team building and social events.
  • We don’t judge: Instead, we teach and are open to learning.
  • We step up: Taking ownership and supporting each other to do the same.

Responsibilities:

  • Support delivery across both verticals, partnering with the vertical owner, your key stakeholders, Product Owners and technical squads through our product development cycle.
  • Drive improvements to the proprietary app and web platform — order tickets, charting, watchlists, performance — and to third-party platform integrations (such as Trading View).
  • Work closely with our dealing-desk and identifying risk needs into clear, testable product requirements for the trading platform and execution stack.
  • Supporting development of our order management system and execution stack: pricing, liquidity-provider integrations, risk monitoring and execution logic.
  • Shape the verticals' roadmap into a combination of Continuous Improvements and a Strategic Roadmap.
  • Own and maintain the backlog for technical squads that deliver against your vertical roadmap.
  • Identify, monitor and communicate impact of the key metrics for your vertical performance.
  • Stay close to the competitive landscape and become an internal expert voice on where our platform and execution should go next.

Requirements:

  • Direct experience at a CFD and/or spread betting brokerage (or a leveraged-trading platform) — this is essential; you understand the products, the platforms, the trade lifecycle and what traders expect.
  • Product experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner or Business Analyst.
  • Basic understanding of trading platform mechanics — order types, charting, pricing and spreads, and how execution works end to end.
  • Able to produce clear product requirements documentation and work effectively with engineering.
  • Comfortable with data and able to define metrics relevant to trading platforms and execution quality.
  • Strong stakeholder skills across trading/dealing, risk and engineering.

Preferred requirements:

  • Hands-on with trading platforms – proprietary platforms, Trading View, MT4/MT5, cTrader or others.
  • Exposure to pricing engines, liquidity-provider integrations or risk-monitoring systems.
  • Familiarity with best-execution obligations and relevant trading regulation.
  • Charting / technical-analysis tooling experience.
  • Experience operating across multiple regulatory jurisdictions.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary, and discretionary annual bonus.
  • Private healthcare.
  • Life Insurance, Critical Illness & Income Protection cover.
  • Active Lifestyle allowance.
  • Annual leave above minimum entitlement.
  • Up to 3 weeks allowance to work in any location.
  • Enhanced parental leave packages.
