Description

Own the execution of paid media campaigns across Meta, Linked In, You Tube, and more to drive net new direct First Time Trade accounts (FTTs).

The role runs paid media day-to-day with disciplined testing, strong measurement and clear CAC and payback guardrails.

Paid social is the primary focus, with Meta first and Linked In and You Tube scaled as incrementality is proven.

Paid search, Programmatic display and affiliate marketing complete the paid acquisition mix and the role supports them as required.

The role requires a hands-on operator who combines platform craft with commercial judgement in a regulated financial services environment.

The role works closely with the Head of Paid Media, Creative, Lifecycle Marketing, Marketing tech and Data, and Organic Growth to ensure campaigns convert effectively, creative and landing page testing is continuous and all activity remains compliant with financial promotions requirements across Trade Nation’s licensed jurisdictions.

While paid social is the primary focus of this role, the successful candidate will also bring working knowledge of paid search, particularly Google Ads account management, to support cross-channel collaboration and coverage within the broader Paid Media team.

Key responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day management of paid social accounts including campaign setup, optimisation, budget pacing and scaling decisions.
  • Build and run structured testing frameworks across audiences, creative, placements and bidding strategies.
  • Partner with the Creative team to brief, produce and iterate paid social assets at the cadence required for performance media.
  • Work with Marketing Tech and Data to ensure accurate event tracking, Conversions API implementation, attribution and performance reporting.
  • Scale Meta as the primary paid social platform, expanding into Linked In and You Tube once incrementality is proven.
  • Adapt campaigns to the Licensed versus Discovery Market framework, respecting global English only requirements in Discovery Markets.
  • Partner with CRO and Organic Growth to test and improve landing page performance, message match and post-click conversion rates.
  • Ensure all paid activity meets financial promotions requirements in each licensed jurisdiction (FCA, ASIC, CMVM) and is approved through Ad Clear, with Claims Library validation, before publication.
  • Support paid search, programmatic display and affiliate activity where required, including Google Ads campaign management, keyword strategy and search-to-social audience insights, ensuring cohesion across the paid acquisition mix.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience running paid social campaigns at scale on Meta, with working knowledge of Linked In, You Tube, programmatic display and affiliate marketing.
  • Deep understanding of Conversions API, event tracking, attribution models and performance analysis.
  • Experience launching and scaling creative testing programmes with clear learning frameworks.
  • Commercial mindset with clear CAC, CPA and payback discipline.
  • Ability to operate within a regulated environment and work closely with Compliance.
  • Working knowledge of paid search, specifically Google Ads account management including campaign setup, keyword bidding and performance optimisation.

Paid social is the primary focus of this role; paid search experience is a secondary but valued requirement.

  • Fluent English; additional European languages (Portuguese, Polish, German) a strong plus.
