We now have an awesome opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to join our Trade Me Jobs team managing a portfolio of client accounts in the South Island and Lower North Island.

As a trusted advisor to clients in digital recruitment marketing and the recruitment industry you\’ll build quality long term relationships through education and delivering value add solutions that help them achieve their business performance goals. Your role is to retain and grow your portfolio and assist them to achieve optimum performance from advertising on Trade Me Jobs.

Here is what you can expect from this role:

  • Get face-to-face with your clients, from recruiters to managing directors and business owners to seek opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • Plan and offer product solutions that deliver on the specific needs of clients through applying tailored value propositions
  • Present and pitch digital advertising solutions confidently and position Trade Me Jobs as an indispensable partner
  • Develop and implement strategies to deliver results in your market
  • Travel throughout the region to meet with clients and attend industry events
  • Maintain and grow our reputation of being a \’liked and trusted industry partner\’ while driving sales and growing revenue

What you will bring to our team:

  • Experience in a Senior Account Management role
  • Experience growing and strengthening relationships with clients at all levels
  • A media background in digital sales or digital marketing is a huge advantage
  • A background in Recruitment is useful although not essential to be successful
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is desirable
  • Solid analytical skills – the ability to see opportunities through effective use of data
  • Strong presentation skills – the ability to deliver a compelling story to one or to many
  • Ability to operate autonomously on the road or from our Christchurch or Wellington office
