Role Overview

This role supports the business owner by taking ownership of scheduling, administration, and routine communications. Acting as a trusted operational right hand, you will help ensure the smooth running of sales activity, projects, and installations, enabling the leadership team to focus on business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer appointments and diaries, booking requests into the CRM and sending calendar invitations, reminders, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure schedules remain accurate, conflict-free, and responsive to urgent customer requests.
  • Provide ongoing administrative support, including maintaining to-do lists, chasing outstanding actions, and highlighting upcoming deadlines.
  • Handle routine customer communications, including emails and basic enquiries, escalating complex or technical issues where appropriate.
  • Set appointments by contacting customers, understanding their requirements, booking appointments, and managing follow-up activity.
  • Following training and sign-off, complete and submit DNO applications.
  • Support installation and project coordination by updating job statuses, uploading completion photos, and assigning tasks to installers within the project management system.
  • Work closely with sales, administration, and installation teams to ensure clear, timely communication and accurate information sharing.
