We are now hiring Telesales Executives to join our expanding outbound sales team selling £97 Discovery Day business training events. This is a fast-paced, outbound, target-driven telesales role for proven sales professionals only.
THE ROLE
- Calling warm outbound leads
- Selling tickets to our Discovery Day events
- Hitting a target of 2 sales per day (after first 3 months)
- Building a personal pipeline and managing follow-ups
- Supporting event attendance through relationship-driven check-ins
You are the front end of the entire Trade Mastermind sales engine.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Make high-volume outbound calls to warm data
- Convert business owners into Discovery Day attendees
- Build, manage, and maintain your own pipeline
- Execute structured follow-up sequences for undecided prospects
- Use scripts and proven objection handling frameworks
- Deliver energy and professionalism on every call
- Track KPIs daily and stay disciplined in your workflow
- Support attendance through pre-event nurturing
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 3 years proven telesales / outbound phone sales experience
- Strong track record in selling a product or service over the phone
- Proven ability to build and manage a pipeline
- Experience creating structured follow-up routines
- High call volume experience (150-200 calls/day)
- Discipline, structure, and consistency in hitting KPIs
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- A competitive, high-energy personality
