A rare opportunity to shape, grow, and lead the UK’s most exciting education brand for the construction sector and beyond as we expand our programmes into new industries and wider professional sectors.
Founded in 2020 by BBC Apprentice Winner Joseph Valente, Trade Mastermind has become the UK’s fastest-growing business education and coaching company for trades. Our mission is simple: we teach tradespeople how to become businesspeople, empowering them with the tools, structure, and knowledge to scale from the tools to seven figures and beyond. To date, we have trained over 5,000 trade business owners, who achieve on average 370% growth in their first year with us.
In 2026, we will open our 20,000 sq. ft. Trade Mastermind University Headquarters in Peterborough, the first ever university dedicated to trades. The facility will feature a 300-person event arena, a state-of-the-art podcast studio, and Peterborough’s first rooftop bar for our team and clients.

- Lead, develop, and support the coaching and education delivery teams.
- Oversee performance, quality, and consistency across coaching cohorts and workshops.
- Recruit and onboard new trainers, coaches, and educational staff.
- Learner Success & Customer Outcomes
- Drive learner engagement, retention, and progression across 3-year academy programmes.
- Monitor learner results, implementing initiatives to maximise business growth outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand needs and improve their experience.
- Operational Excellence
- Manage the scheduling, planning, and execution of coaching sessions, events, and workshops.
- Ensure seamless coordination across internal departments including sales, operations, and marketing.
- Maintain reporting on educational KPIs, feedback, and programme effectiveness.
- Strategic Contribution
- Support the evolution of Trade Mastermind University and its long-term educational strategy.
- Work closely with senior leadership to develop new programmes, qualifications, and learning pathways.
- Uphold a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
About You
You will thrive in this role if you are:

- A confident leader with the ability to inspire coaches and uplift learner performance.
