Trade Mastermind and Valente Consulting are on a mission to become the home of ambitious entrepreneurs. As we continue to grow, we're investing heavily in a new headquarters designed to bring business owners together to learn, network, collaborate and succeed. With event spaces, networking areas, podcast studios, co-working facilities and a members' gym, we're creating far more than a training business—we're building a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem.
We're now looking for an exceptional Community Director to bring that vision to life.
About the Role
This is a strategic leadership position responsible for creating an outstanding member experience across Trade Mastermind and Valente Consulting. You'll lead the development of a community that people genuinely want to be part of—one that drives engagement, strengthens relationships, increases retention and creates advocates for the business. From member onboarding and networking experiences to events, partnerships, ambassador programmes and community culture, you'll own every aspect of the customer journey beyond the education itself.
The successful candidate will understand how to build communities at scale and create an environment where members stay because of the connections they make, the opportunities they access and the sense of belonging they experience.
About You
You have a proven track record of building and growing engaged communities and understand the commercial impact of exceptional customer experiences. You know how to create meaningful engagement both online and in person, and you're equally comfortable developing strategy as you are delivering experiences that bring people together. You may have gained your experience within membership organisations, entrepreneur networks, coaching businesses, hospitality, private member clubs, fitness brands or other premium customer-focused environments. Most importantly, you're passionate about people, naturally relationship-driven and driven by the challenge of creating something truly special.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first year, you will have significantly improved customer engagement and retention, established a vibrant and highly utilised headquarters community, delivered exceptional events and networking experiences, increased member referrals and advocacy, and helped position Trade Mastermind and Valente Consulting as one of the UK's leading entrepreneurial communities.
Why Join Us?
This is a rare opportunity to shape a community from the ground up and leave a lasting impact on thousands of business owners. You'll have the autonomy, resources and support to build something genuinely unique while working alongside an ambitious team committed to growth and excellence. If you're excited by the opportunity to build one of the UK's most influential entrepreneurial communities, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today and tell us about the communities you've built, the engagement you've created and the impact you've delivered.
