We are now hiring a Commercial Finance Manager to sit at the heart of the business and help each department win. This isn't traditional accounting. This is finance that drives revenue.

You will partner directly with our Sales, Events, Customer Accounts and Marketing teams, providing insight, analysis and commercial challenge to help them improve performance, increase revenue and make smarter decisions. You'll turn data into clarity, and clarity into action. You'll act as the bridge between finance and operations translating numbers into what should we do next?

  • Partner with Telesales, Event Sales, Upsells & Customer Accounts leaders
  • Provide weekly performance insight and recommendations
  • Commercial Analysis
  • Sensitivity modelling and investment appraisals
  • Incentive plan design and performance tracking
  • Identify risks and opportunities early

Systems & Data

  • Improve reporting automation (Xero, CRM, spreadsheets, BI tools)
  • Ensure clean, reliable commercial data
  • Faster, better decisions driven by data
  • Finance seen as a growth driver, not a scorekeeper

Qualifications:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
  • 37+ years in commercial finance / FP&A / business partnering
  • Strong modelling skills (Excel/Sheets power user level)

Bonus if you have:

  • CRM reporting experience (HubSpot/Ontraport/Salesforce)
  • BI tools (Power BI, Looker, etc.)
  • Communicates simply (no finance jargon)
